About Nicole

Nicole Kiselyov is a criminal defence lawyer practicing in Toronto through her own firm, Kisel Law. She graduated with an honours degree in Political Science and a minor in Philosophy from York University, making the Dean's List, before completing her Juris Doctor at Queen's University. During law school she volunteered with the Queen's Prison Law Clinic, assisting inmates at the Millhaven, Joyceville, and Bath institutions. Before starting her own practice, she articled at Lockyer Campbell Posner, a Toronto firm known for high-risk criminal litigation, appeals, and wrongful conviction cases. Nicole has secured case dismissals, acquittals, and reduced charges for clients facing a range of criminal allegations.
