About Renato

Renato Chiaradia is a partner in Brattys LLP's corporate and commercial department, advising entrepreneurs, privately owned businesses, and financial institutions on business law matters. That practice includes acquisitions, divestitures, business restructuring, commercial leasing, financing transactions, and contract and business enterprise matters, along with counsel on shareholder and partner relationships, succession and tax-oriented planning, and drafting shareholder, partnership, joint venture, and other commercial agreements. Renato was called to the Ontario bar in 1998 and holds an LL.M. in Business Law and an LL.B. from Osgoode Hall Law School, along with a B.A. (Hons) from York University.
