About Anthony
Anthony Romanelli is a partner in the Real Estate and Financial Services group at Brattys LLP, working with land development and home-building companies, lending institutions and commercial landlords. He focuses in particular on condominium developers and has been involved in launching and registering numerous condo projects throughout the Greater Toronto Area. He earned his LL.B. from the University of Ottawa in 2002 and a BA Honours from York University in 1998, and was called to the Ontario bar in 2003. He has contributed chapters to Carswell publications on shopping centre leases and repair and storage liens, presented at the Law Society of Ontario, led roundtables at the International Council of Shopping Centers' annual conference, and spoken at the LandPro Conference and BILD seminars.
