About Daniel

Daniel Botelho is co-managing partner of Brattys LLP, with more than 20 years of experience in land development and commercial real estate law. He has become a go-to advisor for many of Ontario's leading real estate builders and developers, working on condominium and freehold developments, acquisitions and dispositions, financing and commercial leasing, including prominent projects in Toronto and the wider GTA. He also handles retail, commercial and industrial portfolio transactions and represents both lenders and borrowers on loan matters and landlords and tenants on leasing. He was called to the Ontario bar in 2001, earned his LL.B. from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1999, and returned to Osgoode in 2011 to complete an LL.M. specializing in real property law.
