About Daniel

Daniel Libman focuses on criminal, regulatory, and administrative trials and appeals, having argued cases for both the Crown and defendants. His practice ranges from white-collar criminal files to judicial reviews, and he also represents health professionals, including pharmacists, chiropractors, nurses, and psychotherapists, in complaints and discipline proceedings before their regulatory colleges. He also assists clinics and individuals facing insurance benefits fraud investigations. He became a partner with the firm in 2017 and has published articles in the Criminal Reports and RegQuest Reports. He has guest lectured at law schools across Ontario, including a stint teaching criminal law and court procedure at Humber College's paralegal program. He completed his B.A. in political science at Western University in 2008 and his J.D. at the University of Windsor in 2012.
