About Monica
Monica R. Jeffrey was called to the bar in 2003 after articling at a national law firm and being seconded to the Ontario Labour Relations Board. She practised workplace law for almost a decade before co-founding JMJ Workplace Investigation Law LLP in 2013. She is the Immediate Past President of the Association of Workplace Investigators (AWI) Board of Directors and has served as chair, evaluator, and faculty member of AWI's Canadian Training Institute.
