Damien Frost & Associates LLP is a Toronto firm focused on defending regulated professionals through complaints, investigations, and discipline hearings before their professional colleges, along with white collar criminal defence, insurance fraud, and appeals work. The firm was founded by Damien Frost, called to the Ontario bar in 1981, who began as Crown Counsel with the Attorney General for Ontario's Crown Law Office (Criminal) from 1981 to 1986, later practised as a partner at Lomer, Frost, and served for years as a federal prosecutor with the Public Prosecution Service of Canada. That background on both sides of prosecution and defence still shapes how the firm approaches regulatory cases.

The firm today is led by partners Rebecca Young and Daniel Libman, both of whom made partner in 2017 after joining as associates. Young's work centres on complaints and discipline matters before health regulatory colleges, including licensing and accreditation issues for doctors, pharmacists, and other professionals, along with insurance benefits fraud investigations. Libman's practice covers criminal, regulatory, and administrative law, including judicial reviews and professional discipline hearings. The team works from a single office on Bloor Street West and serves clients across Ontario.
