About Tom

Tom Arndt is the managing partner of TWA Law, with over 20 years of litigation and general counsel experience, including class actions, complex commercial litigation and shareholder disputes. He earned his J.D. from the University of Windsor Law School in 1998 and was called to the Bar of Ontario in 2000. He was named Class Action Lawyer of the Year in 2021 by International Advisory Experts.
