About Rebecca

Rebecca (she/they) joined the firm as an associate in 2018 after articling and working in-house for a large BC union, appearing before labour arbitrators, the BC Labour Relations Board, the BC and Canada Human Rights Tribunals, and the BC and Federal Courts of Appeal. She has a particular interest in Charter-related matters, including workers' rights to freedom of association and peaceful assembly, and in fighting discrimination on the basis of disability and drug use. She received the University of Victoria's Law Foundation of British Columbia Public Interest Law Award.
