About Abi

Abigail (Abi) started at Victory Square as a Summer Research Assistant in 2022, returned as an Articling Student in 2024, and joined as an Associate in 2025, practising labour, human rights, and administrative law. She received several academic awards including the Honourable Grant D. Burnyeat Award in Law and the Norton Rose Fullbright Prize in Labour Law. In 2022 she participated in the W̱SÁNEĆ Law Field Course learning W̱SÁNEĆ legal theory, and has been involved in grassroots organizing and tenant rights advocacy in Vancouver's Downtown Eastside since 2019.
