About Rebecca

Rebecca Cleary is Associate Counsel within the firm's Construction + Engineering, Insurance, and Environmental practices. She maintains an active commercial construction practice, helping resolve builders' liens, contract disputes, and construction litigation matters for owners, trades, and consultants. She also defends construction professionals, including land surveyors, trades, engineers, architects, and developers, against various error and omission claims. Rebecca has appeared before the Provincial Court, the Supreme Court of British Columbia, the Alberta Court of Queen's Bench, and the Courts of Appeal in both British Columbia and Alberta, handling interlocutory, trial, and appeal matters. Away from the office, she spends much of her time enjoying Vancouver's parks, beaches, and ski hills with her husband and their two young children.
