About Rebecca

Rebecca Betel is an associate lawyer whose work centers on wills, estates, trusts, powers of attorney, guardianships and capacity disputes. She helps clients work through a complicated legal system to reach outcomes that last. Before joining Donovan Kochman LLP, she was an associate at a well-known estate litigation boutique in Toronto. She has co-written on trusts law and has spoken at an Osgoode PD program on financial statements. She belongs to the Law Society of Ontario and the Ontario Bar Association.
