About Rapti

Rapti Ratnayake practices construction law, an area chosen to better understand how buildings and communities come together and to engage with the many industries involved in a construction project. That work spans projects from home development to high-rise buildings and infrastructure. In law school Rapti took courses in arbitration, mediation and trial procedure to better understand dispute resolution, and built on that foundation through an articling experience at a Bay Street firm. Rapti aims to simplify complex, technical construction disputes into practical solutions tailored to each client's needs.
