About Andrew

Andrew Gurlesky has worked in the construction industry for 39 years, helping clients resolve disputes over non-performance such as payment claims, termination, performance errors, delay and loss of productivity. Involvement often starts early, identifying problems and solutions before disputes become contentious, and when early resolution isn't possible, Andrew represents clients in mediation, arbitration and litigation at all court levels in Ontario. Andrew has worked across diverse sectors including heavy industrial, hospitals, high-rise residential and commercial, energy, tunnelling and mining, negotiating and drafting project agreements and managing risk. Andrew regularly presents seminars on claims, liens, trusts and contract drafting, and is a Fellow and former Governor of the Canadian College of Construction Lawyers, with recognition in the Canadian Legal Expert Directory since 2012 and Best Lawyers in Canada since 2010.
