About Faren
Faren Bogach began a career as a commercial litigator before moving into construction and infrastructure law, becoming a partner at a large firm with one of the biggest construction law groups in Toronto. Faren then founded Construct Legal to focus on client outcomes rather than the billable hour. Faren sits on the boards of two not-for-profits involved in large affordable housing construction projects and has spent hundreds of hours co-developing Pay Prompt, software that helps manage prompt payment in Ontario without requiring a lawyer. A former director of the Canadian Association of Women in Construction, Faren has taught the construction law course at George Brown College and served on the Ontario Bar Association's Construction Law executive.
