About Paul

Paul Conrod grew up in a family of engineers and became interested in construction at a young age. Years spent in the food and customer service industries taught the value of excellent client service, a lesson carried into a law practice built on listening closely to clients and helping them reach their goals, whether that means resolving a dispute early or taking it all the way through arbitration, adjudication or trial. Construction disputes often involve complicated contracts and technical issues, and teaching experience abroad before law school, along with more recent work as an instructor of construction law at George Brown College, has provided the ability to explain complicated concepts clearly and persuasively to judges and arbitrators. Paul has worked in construction law since the very start of a legal career that includes representing companies of many sizes with varied problems across all types of projects. Before joining Construct Legal, Paul worked in the construction law group of a prominent Bay Street firm.
