About Randolph

Randolph Hahn practices exclusively in Canadian immigration and citizenship law and is certified by the Law Society of Ontario as a Specialist in Immigration Law. He was called to the Ontario Bar in 1996 and has handled the transfer and relocation of executive and managerial personnel as well as immigration-related litigation, arguing cases before all three divisions of the Immigration and Refugee Board and the Federal Court of Canada. He's served as Associate Editor of The Immigration Law Reporter and co-edited A Practical Guide to Provincial Nominee Programs in Canadian Immigration Law. Hahn has been listed in Best Lawyers in Canada for immigration law since 2008 and served on the board of the Canadian Immigration Lawyers Association from 2022 to 2024.
