Randy Smith is counsel in Cox & Palmer's St. John's office, practising extensively in corporate and commercial law. He was called to the Newfoundland and Labrador Bar in 1981 after completing his education at Dalhousie University. His experience spans purchases and divestitures of businesses, commercial and residential real estate transactions, and commercial leasing for both landlords and tenants, and he regularly advises clients in the fisheries, marine, construction, and financial services sectors. He also handles incorporation, amalgamation, dissolution, and corporate governance matters, and lectured on real estate at the Bar Admissions Course from 1995 to 2012.
