About Raivo

Raivo Uukkivi is Co-Chair of the Municipal, Planning & Environment Group and regularly appears before the Ontario Land Tribunal and all levels of Ontario court. His practice encompasses land use planning, development approvals, expropriations, environmental matters, and municipal law disputes. He holds an LL.B. from Western University (2003) and a B.A. Honours with Distinction from Western University (2000), and is a member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Institute of Ontario.
