About Rahul

Rahul Ranade, P.Eng., is Associate Counsel at Lidstone & Company practising construction, procurement, and infrastructure law. He advises clients on public infrastructure projects from development through construction close-out, including procurement, funding, and partnership strategies, and drafts and negotiates contracts using standard forms such as MMCD and CCDC as well as custom agreements. Ranade practised as a professional civil engineer for more than a decade before beginning his legal career and remains a licensed P.Eng. and a qualified Professional Hydrologist.
