About Rahim

Rahim Jamal is a partner at Kastner Ko LLP who advises employers and workers on the full employment relationship, including offers of employment, employment standards, human rights obligations, workplace policies, termination, and constructive dismissal. He has significant experience serving First Nations and Indigenous organizations, along with not-for-profits, unions, educational institutions, and businesses. Rahim also acts as an independent investigator on workplace matters and provides training and coaching on human rights and equity issues. He graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2013, holds a Bachelor of Arts and Science from McMaster University, and completed a master's degree at the London School of Economics in Race, Ethnicity, and Post-Colonial Studies.
