About Rafi
Rafi Allos is a partner who focuses on life sciences patent litigation and on advising clients about regulatory issues in that sector. His litigation work spans both UK proceedings and multi-jurisdictional matters, and he takes a particular interest in how life sciences regulation and patent litigation intersect, including questions of regulatory exclusivity. He has represented global pharmaceutical companies defending blockbuster drugs against biosimilar and generic competition, and has advised on data exclusivity, marketing authorisations, clinical trial regulation and related issues. He was admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales in 2013 and qualified as a solicitor-advocate for higher courts in 2018. Rafi studied jurisprudence at the University of Oxford and later returned there for a postgraduate diploma in intellectual property law. He has been recognised as a rising star in intellectual property circles since 2017.
