Raegan Kennedy is a partner at Torys LLP in Toronto whose corporate practice focuses exclusively on advising Canadian pension funds and their asset managers. She helps structure investments and other activities worldwide to comply with pension governing legislation and applicable Canadian pension law. Kennedy acts as pension investment counsel on domestic and international acquisitions in private equity, infrastructure and real estate, along with fund, platform and co-investments, for pension funds including CPP Investments, OMERS, OMERS Infrastructure, Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan and Oxford Properties.
