About Rachael

Rachael Hovan earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Alberta in 2014 and was admitted to the Alberta bar in 2019. Between law school and her call to the bar, she volunteered and worked at the Mediation and Restorative Justice Centre, a not-for-profit providing alternative dispute resolution services in Edmonton, which shaped her approach to high-conflict situations. She earlier completed a Bachelor of Commerce with a focus on international business and business law at the University of Alberta in 2011, studying abroad in Pamplona, Spain for a semester. Her practice covers condominium collections and foreclosure, bylaw enforcement, governance, and general condominium advice.
