About Wilson

Wilson McCutchan is an employment lawyer in Taylor Janis's Calgary office with over 15 years of experience litigating employment matters, including wrongful dismissal, human rights, employment agreement review, Workers' Compensation Board appeals, and unionized employee representation. He has appeared before all levels of court in Alberta, the Supreme Court of British Columbia, the Federal Court of Appeal, and administrative tribunals including the Alberta Human Rights Commission and the Alberta Labour Relations Board. Wilson holds a Juris Doctorate from Queen's University (2009) and a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from Mount Allison University (2005), and was called to the Alberta bar in 2010.
