About Diane

Diane Ferrante is the Managing Partner of Duncan Craig LLP and a member of its litigation group, focusing on family law and insurance and risk management. She began her career at the firm as a summer student, was admitted to the Alberta Bar in September 2008, and became a partner in January 2015. Her family law practice covers mediation, collaborative divorce and court proceedings on child support, decision-making, parenting time, mobility, property division and spousal support, and she is a trained collaborative family lawyer and mediator. In her insurance and risk management practice she has defended claims involving professional negligence, property damage, fire loss and personal injury, and was named Best Lawyer for Insurance Law in 2025.
