About R.
Barry Fraser has litigated commercial disputes in Vancouver for more than 40 years, covering real estate, professional negligence, breach of contract, corporate governance, shareholder oppression, fraud, trusts, insolvency, receivership and intellectual property matters. Fraser has appeared before the BC Supreme Court and Court of Appeal, the Federal Court and administrative tribunals, with particular experience in arbitration and alternative dispute resolution. Before founding Fraser Litigation Group, Fraser chaired the Business Litigation Group at a major Vancouver firm, and currently serves as a director of Eight Solutions Inc., a public software company. Fraser belongs to the Law Society of British Columbia and the Trial Lawyers Association of British Columbia.
