David Lunny is Senior Counsel at Fraser Litigation Group with nearly four decades of practice. Lunny was previously a partner at a major Vancouver law firm and later founded and managed a medium-sized Vancouver litigation firm, with experience spanning civil and criminal litigation, jury trials, appellate proceedings and administrative and regulatory tribunals. Lunny's case work has covered corporate and commercial disputes involving domestic and international law, as well as family, estate, personal injury and white-collar crime matters, appearing at all Canadian court levels including the Supreme Court of Canada. Lunny has conducted alternative dispute resolution proceedings across North America and internationally, authored legal articles, and lectured on advocacy.
