About Trevor

Trevor Hande is a Senior Associate Counsel at Lam Legal with more than a decade of courtroom-focused civil litigation experience, including acting as lead counsel on complex, strategically significant files. His practice spans pleadings, discoveries, mediations, applications, and trials, covering commercial litigation, construction matters, employment issues, insurance-related claims, and strata disputes. He has appeared before the British Columbia Supreme Court, the British Columbia Court of Appeal, the Federal Court of Canada, and various administrative tribunals, representing clients ranging from large corporations to small family businesses. Hande obtained his LL.B. from the University of British Columbia and was called to the Bar of British Columbia in 2010.
