Michelle Tribe litigates corporate and commercial disputes, class actions, construction litigation and insurance coverage issues, and also handles shareholder disputes, contractual matters, environmental claims and estate and succession issues. Tribe earned a law degree in 2000 and was called to the British Columbia bar the following year. Before co-founding Fraser Litigation Group, Tribe worked at a major Vancouver regional firm and at an insurance-focused boutique practice, appearing in provincial and federal courts, arbitrations, mediations and administrative tribunals.
