About Quinn

Quinn Kuefler was a managing partner at Kuefler Stevenson Bennett LLP until his retirement on June 30, 2025. Raised in Provost, Alberta, he came from a family of hoteliers dating to 1945, and built a practice centred on serving small business clients through business litigation, bank litigation, creditor's rights, real estate, commercial law, and corporate and business law. Quinn appeared at all levels of court in Alberta and was counsel in more than 20 reported cases, and also served the needs of one of Canada's major banks for much of his career. He held a B.A. from the University of Alberta and an LL.B. from the University of Calgary, and was called to the Alberta Bar in 1982.
