About Nancy-Lynn
Nancy-Lynn (Nan) Stevenson has a general solicitor's practice focused on business law, corporate law, wills and estates, and residential and commercial real estate. Over nearly 40 years she has worked with independent business clients on incorporations, corporate reorganizations, shareholder agreements, business purchases and sales, and commercial financing, and her practice also extends to family law matters including marriage contracts and cohabitation agreements. She has completed mediator and arbitrator certification with the Alberta Arbitration and Mediation Society. Nan holds a J.D. from the University of Calgary and was called to the Alberta Bar in 1984. She is a past board member and treasurer of the Calgary Executives Association and has volunteered with the SAIT Advisory Board and Wood's Homes Foundation.
