About Pia
Pia Hundal is a partner in the litigation and dispute resolution group whose practice centers on estate, trust, and guardianship disputes, including will challenges and interpretation, passing of accounts, dependant's support claims, and power of attorney matters. She earned an LL.M. in Dispute Resolution from Osgoode Hall in 2021 and works both as an advocate and as a mediator on estates and trusts files. She has appeared often in the Superior Court of Justice on major trials and arbitrations, and Best Lawyers in Canada has recognized her since 2020, as has Lexpert for estates and trusts litigation. Earlier in her career she practised family law and civil litigation, giving her added perspective on how family issues affect estate matters.
