About Philip
Philip Sheps focuses on commercial real estate leasing, with years of experience in the corporate and commercial areas of law. He has also applied his legal experience in service to the community, including as Chair of the Winnipeg Chamber of Commerce in 2005, a Director of the Forks North Portage Partnership, and a Director of the Winnipeg Convention Centre. Philip has served as legal counsel to CentreVenture Development Corporation, the City of Winnipeg's downtown development agency, since its inception in 1999. He was called to the Manitoba Bar in 1968 and earned his LL.B. from the University of Manitoba in 1967. Philip provides services through Philip M. Sheps Law Corporation.
