About Nicholas

Nicholas is an associate in TDS's Business Law Group in Winnipeg, practising corporate and commercial law and tax planning, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, commercial real estate transactions, corporate reorganizations, and business succession planning. During law school he worked as a student-at-law for the L. Kerry Vickar Business Law Clinic and received the Taylor McCaffrey LLP Entrance Award, Dean's List honours, and top grades in Torts and Administrative Law. He earned his J.D. from the University of Manitoba (Robson Hall) and a Bachelor of Science with Distinction, both in 2025, and was called to the Manitoba bar in 2026.
