Citadel Law Corporation is a Vancouver, BC law firm founded in 2018 by two lawyers who met in law school, with a second office in Kelowna. The firm built its practice around strata property law, along with commercial litigation and commercial and residential tenancy disputes. Strata law touches a large share of the province: British Columbia has more than 31,000 strata corporations housing over 1.5 million people, and the firm notes that many owners and councils are unfamiliar with how strata ownership differs from owning a single family home. Citadel describes its approach as practical and problem solving rather than pushing every dispute toward prolonged litigation.

The firm's lawyers appear regularly before the Civil Resolution Tribunal, the Residential Tenancy Branch, the Human Rights Tribunal, and all levels of British Columbia's courts. Philip Dougan has practiced strata and landlord tenant law for more than twenty years, teaches license renewal courses for the BC Financial Services Authority, and speaks at seminars run by CCI and PAMA. Other lawyers at the firm bring backgrounds in real estate litigation, general civil litigation, and insurance law, including one lawyer called to the Ontario bar in 2013 who has practiced in both Toronto and Vancouver.
