About Silvano
Silvano S. Todesco practices strata law, real estate litigation, and commercial litigation, and has appeared at every level of court in British Columbia as well as before the Civil Resolution Tribunal, the Human Rights Tribunal, the Residential Tenancy Board, and the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner for BC. He came to law later in his career after more than 12 years in business and management, notably in the heavy equipment industry, which he says gives him a practical, business-minded approach to litigation.
