Peter Yoo holds a partnership at Beard Winter LLP and heads the firm's Insurance Practice Group. His practice centres on insurance defence litigation. He handles third-party tort and related coverage claims, along with first-party statutory accident benefits matters such as loss transfer and priority disputes, and coverage and subrogation issues arising from property and commercial general liability claims.
