Peter Prattas has more than twenty years of experience handling the legal side of complex real estate deals, including over twelve years in-house at Walmart Canada. Drawing on both in-house and private-practice backgrounds, he offers practical, forward-looking advice with a focus on business outcomes. His real estate work spans acquisitions and dispositions, due diligence, leasing, joint-venture development, property management, and financing, at both the operational and executive level. Peter has particular depth in commercial leasing, including ground leases and large retail, industrial, and mixed-use tenancies, and acts for both landlords and tenants.
