Peter Loewen is a partner at Linley Welwood focused on litigation concerning disputes over land, including construction disputes, builders liens, lease disputes, property conveyance disputes and environmental contamination, and he also drafts custom construction contracts and land leases. Raised in Abbotsford, he worked in construction as a labourer, framer and form worker before earning a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on leadership in management from Trinity Western University, then worked for a construction company as a site supervisor, project manager and property manager. He graduated from the University of Manitoba's law school in 2012 and was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2013.
