About Peter

Peter Reardon is a bankruptcy and insolvency lawyer who joined NST in 2020 after serving as a partner and chair of the litigation group in the Vancouver office of a national law firm. He specializes in insolvency and restructuring law, with extensive experience in banking litigation and administrative and constitutional law, and has appeared at all levels of court including the Supreme Court of Canada. Reardon was called to the British Columbia bar in 1978 and holds an LL.B. from Dalhousie University and a B.A. and B.Com from Saint Mary's University. He was named Lawyer of the Year for Insolvency and Financial Restructuring by Best Lawyers in Canada in 2014 and 2020. He is a member of the Insolvency Institute of Canada and the Canadian Insolvency Foundation.
