About Peter

Peter Gross is a partner in the firm's Toronto office, practising in municipal land use planning law and an LSO Certified Specialist. He provides strategic and practical advice to help clients navigate complex development approval processes. He routinely works with planning and technical experts to ensure development applications satisfy the Province's planning regime and applicable legislation. He frequently appears before various land use tribunals and courts representing clients in land use planning appeals and defence of regulatory prosecutions.
