About Peter

Peter Gottschlich joined Mills & Mills LLP in 2021 as part of the business law group. He spent more than ten years before that as senior in-house counsel for one of Canada's large accounting firms. His practice today covers corporate, commercial, and partnership governance work, including contract negotiation, drafting and review, transactional matters, commercial leasing, employment matters, and regulatory compliance. Peter is a member of the Law Societies of both Ontario and British Columbia, having been called to the bar in British Columbia in 2003 and in Ontario in 2007. He holds a law degree and an honours arts degree in history from the University of Saskatchewan, along with an MBA from the Edinburgh Business School.
