About Peter
Peter Goode has extensive experience in complex transactional matters, such as M&A, private equity, venture capital, corporate reorganizations, financings, IPOs, and governance issues, with deep knowledge of energy, financial services, consumer goods and infrastructure businesses. He has drafted and negotiated a wide array of agreements, from M&A and shareholder agreements to underwriting, subscription, and confidentiality agreements, and as General Counsel he oversaw external counsel on intellectual property, commercial litigation, employment disputes, and international trade matters. His legal and business career spans a number of regions, including North America, Europe, Africa, the Middle East, Asia and South America. Earlier in his career, Peter held the General Counsel role at a consumer goods company and served as CEO of an energy services business.
