About Ran

Dr. He is the founder of THC Lawyers and is called to the bar in Ontario, British Columbia, New York, and California. His practice covers capital markets, intellectual property, commercial disputes, financial fraud, and shareholder matters, including pre-IPO and IPO transactions. He holds a PhD in biochemistry and molecular biology and completed postdoctoral work at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine before practising law.
