About Pearl

Pearl Lee is a Technology and Innovation Lawyer at Torys LLP in Toronto. She works as part of integrated teams on major projects and transactions, applying her understanding of emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence and the Internet of Things to develop solutions for clients. Lee draws on her background as counsel to a Canadian stock exchange and as a legal-tech consultant at high-growth technology companies to identify efficiencies and manage risk. In law school, she volunteered with the Law in Action Within Schools program and served as Osgoode Hall's representative for Pro Bono Students Canada. She also volunteers with Wonder's Playground, which supports autistic children, and Yellow Brick House, which supports abused women and children.
