About Paul
Paul Ferguson is a founding partner of Ferguson Allingham. He holds a Bachelor's degree in History from the University of Lethbridge, a Master's degree in History from the University of Victoria, and a Juris Doctor from the University of British Columbia. He was called to the bar in British Columbia in 2005 after articling with Gibbons Fowler Nathanson, then practised on his own before joining what became Johnson Doyle Sugarman & Ferguson, where he made partner in 2015. His practice focuses on criminal defence, including violent offences, driving offences and drug offences, with a particular focus on drug-related Charter litigation. He has appeared at all levels of court in British Columbia, including the Court of Appeal.
