About Mitchell

Mitchell Fogel grew up in Ottawa and attended Dalhousie University, completing a double major in Psychology and Philosophy. He earned his LL.B. from the University of Sussex in the United Kingdom, where he won the Criminal Advocacy Competition in 2016 and served as President of the Canadian Student Law Society, and later completed an LL.M. in Common Law at the University of British Columbia in 2017, serving as Co-President of the Graduate Law School Society. He began practising criminal law in British Columbia in October 2018.
