About Joanne

Joanne Di Domenico was called to the bar in South Africa and in British Columbia, and brings a cross-jurisdictional perspective to family law matters including spousal support, asset division, marriage agreements, and multi-generational wealth transfer planning. She earned a BA in Law (Political Science major) in 2007 and an LLB in 2010 from the University of Johannesburg, and gained experience in insurance subrogation and insolvency litigation during her articles. After being called to the bar in South Africa, she worked as in-house counsel and corporate secretary for financial services companies, and later worked as a corporate and securities paralegal in Canada before being called to the bar in British Columbia. She joined Dreyer and Associates in January 2026.
