About Nick
Nick Fai was born and raised in Vancouver. He completed a double major in Biology and Psychology, with distinction, at the University of British Columbia before attending UBC's Peter A. Allard School of Law, where he took part in the UBC Innocence Project, the UBC Criminal Clinic and the Law Student's Legal Advice Program, and won the Peter Burns Moot. He completed summer articles at Ferguson Allingham in 2023 and full articles in 2024, appearing regularly in court across a range of criminal matters, before starting his practice at the firm in 2025.
